A graduate of Royal Military College.

A Toronto Star article published March 19th, 1915 (page two), included a letter sent home by Captain Crosby. They mistakenly referred to him as W. Crosby Goldie. He was writing to his brother, Dr. W. Goldie , who later enlisted in the army.
