WOUNDED CASUALTIES

Mr. McIlwraith received a wire Sunday evening that his son Pte. Gordon McIlwraith had been wounded in the face and in the elbow. He was in the machine gun section when wounded. He left Red Deer with Col. Naismyth's battalion, and his letters have been read with interest by readers of The News.
