Uploader's Notes: Son of J. Samuel Sandercock and Anne Theresa Sandercock (nee Jackson) Sandercock of St. Mary's, Ontario was born on 29 May 1898 in Lucan, Ontario. Cecil (as he was called) joined the service with his father Samuel and his brother William George. Samuel was the only one to come home. Pte William George Sandercock (Service No. 690752) was killed on 23 August 1917. Cecil is survived by 4 brothers, Charles Wilbert, Frank Rayfield, Harry and Percy John and one sister, Myrtle Louisa.
