Son of Thomas F. Young of 2130 Central Avenue, Victoria, British Columbia.
B. A. (Cantab). Sustained a GSW to his right shoulder in France. After recovering from this wound, he returned to the front in December 1916. He sustained a second wound (perforating shrapnel wound) to his right buttock on January 1 and died the next day at 36th Casualty Clearing Station.
4 years prior service with City Imperial Volunteers.
Except for his father moving to Canada post war, no connection to Canada.
