Discharged Medically Unfit and Over Age

Prior military service with 2nd Battalion, 10th Lincolnshire Regiment. Transferred to the 30th BC Horse and served as Regimental No. 1725. While in training at Vernon Camp, he suffered sun stroke and died in hospital after 6 days from cerebral apoplexy
