Uploader's Notes: Son of William Howard Jobson, of 31, Rachael St., Montreal, and the late Mrs. Jobson.
Uploader's Research notes: served with 60th battalion from 27th July to 18 January 1918,when he was medically discharged as a result of a gunshot wound. Jobson attempted to re-enlist on 29th January 1918,he listed his date of birth as 1898 as opposed to 1896 stated in his original attestation papers in 1915. Jobson subsequently died of "phthisis"(tuberculosis) on 20thOct.1918 and is buried in Montreal.(see above) [Private Army Canadian Infantry 60th Battalion ]
