Died of lobar pneumonia attributed to his service

His grave marker shows a Date of Death as August 28, 1921, which is the same as the date recorded by the Canadian Virtual War Memorial website, but the death certificate shows the Date of Death as May 28, 1921 and a burial date of May 31, 1921. It appears that the date on the grave marker and the CVWM site is in error
