Son of Mr. and Mrs. William Kindree, of 497, Fifth St. East, Owen Sound, Ontario. Prior military - 3 years 31st Grey Regiment. Circumstances of Death - A court of inquiry having investigated the circumstances of his death reported that it was caused by cocaine or similar poisonous drug administered by himself during the night of January 15/16, 1919 at Rheineck Hotel, Bonn, Germany. He died at No. 1 Canadian Casualty Clearing Station about noon on the 16th of January 1919, one hour after admission.
