Uploader's Notes: CEF Burial Registers - Died of Wounds. This non-commissioned officer was severely wounded in the chest by shrapnel, while relief was taking place at MOUQUET FARM. He was evacuated to No. 13 Australian Field Ambulance where he succumbed to his wounds.
