The Canadian Virtual War Memorial has this mans middle name as 'Brandreth'. His original attestation has him signing with the middle name 'Bearnerd'. And the LAC for his attestation indicates his name as 'Ingham, George Bernard'.

Originally enlisted as Nelson Page, 13th of December 1915. On the 12th of November 1916 he declared himself to be 'George Bernard Ingham' by statutory declaration.
