Class 1 MSA. Actual birthday is listed only as November 1892. Arrived in England 24/2/1918 on S.S. Lapland. Illiterate. Fatal wounds incurred 10/11/1918 according to Casualty Form - this form was written out 30.3.28 since original Field Medical Card is not part of his service file. That this form was completed in 1930 suggests it was prepared as part of the Currie Libel trial for the Plaintiff. He was treated at the 4th Canadian Casualty Clearing Station. C. Wight has entire service file.

Original overseas unit 2nd Eastern Ontario Regiment. Joined the P.P.C.L.I. in the field August 17, 1918.
