Uploader's Notes: Son of Dr. James Hutchison, of Grafton, Ontario; husband of Muriel P. Hutchison, of Uxbridge, Ontario.
Uploader's Research notes: Died of Wounds" While proceeding along Avion Trench, near Avion Village on July 24th 1917, he was severly wounded in the arms, legs and head by the explosion of an enemy shell that landed nearby. A brother officer who accompanied him rendered first aid immediately, and procured further assistance. he was later taken to No. 7 Casualty Clearing Station where he died the following day.
