This soldier appears on a Ukrainian Canadian World War One Roll of Honour entitled "List of Ukrainian Canadian Fatal Casualties 1915-1921". Source: Ukrainian Canadians in Canada's Wars by Prof. V. J. Kaye, C.M., Ph.D., Toronto, Ukrainian Canadian Research Foundation, 1983. Ed. by John B. Gregorovich. The ROH is on pages 116-125.

Pte. Betsko's original military attestation has stamps across the top indicating that he was transferred from the 182nd to the 116th Battalion. The Certificate of Medical Examination was signed on April 13, 1916 at Beaverton.
