CEF Burial Registers - Killed in Action. Early on the morning of August 30th 1918, while his Battalion was approaching the assembly position, Captain Cameron who was in command of No. 2 Company was seriously wounded by a shell splinter. He was immediately attended to and when en route to the aid post he was again hit by shrapnel and instantly killed.
