Was originally attested December 10, 1915 under reg. no. 372 and lists his military experience as being with the 123rd Battalion.

Circumstances of Death

"Died"

During a disturbance at Le Harve between several French and Canadian soldiers, at 9.45 o’clock on the night of April 22nd, 1919, in which several revolver shots were fired, Private Hueston was wounded by a bullet in the right side of the neck. He was removed to No. 2 General Hospital, Le Harve, where he succumbed to the effects of his wounds and bronchitis three days later. Court of Enquiry convened to investigate the circumstances of his death found that he was accidentally wounded through no fault of his own by a person or persons unknown.
