Uploader's Notes:

Son of Walter and Mary Yuill, of 145, New City Rd., Glasgow, Scotland. War plot. Prior military - 8 years 2 months King's Own Scottish Borderers. Allan was admitted to No. 13 General Hospital, Boulogne for treatment of a GSW to his spine. He was invalided home in June 1917 and died at Port Arthur on May 10th - spinal meningitis. A second attestation was done April 22, 1918 at Port Arthur, Ontario presumably to treat wounds that never healed. He died 18 days later.
