Ontario Vital Statististics Death Registration from Hastings County, City of Belleville, #019190 states that he died at the General Hospital in Belleveille, Ontario on October 16, 1918. Immediate Cause of Death was Heart Failure, brought on my Influenza-Pneumonia.
