Nursing Sister Patterson may have served at Buxton. This is not confirmed.

For example, this page for a diary entry dated August 25, 1916 reports "Aug. 25th. Two Nursing Sisters are taken on the strength of the Unit. N. S. L. M. Kirk, and L. E. Patterson. This being done in consequence of a complaint that our Nursing Staff was inadequate to cope with the work at the rate the patients were then coming in. "

Another entry for October 1916 stated that Nursing sister L. E. Patterson proceeded on leave for two weeks.

Another entry in the November 1916 war diary: "Nov. 17th. Nursing Sisters Blott, Patterson, and Tanner are transferred to Yarrow House Hospital, Ramsgate."
