On December 7th, 1918, NS Biggar was taken on strength at the Canadian Special Hospital, Lenham, Kent, from No. 14 Canadian General Hospital, Eastbourne. War Diary Entry.

She was struck off strength from Lenham on May 15, 1919, and transferred to the C.A.M.C. Casualty Co. War Diary Entry.
