There are two attestations online for Edith Neelin. The earlier one was used to update this database listing. This attestation was approved by M. C. Macdonald, Matron-in-chief, for D.M.S., Canadian Contingents.

The second attestation was signed on December 14th, 1916 in Montreal. This attestation names Mrs. F. G. Neelin as her mother and next-of-kin contact. Mrs. F. G. Neelin's address was listed as "c/o Customs, Seaforth, Ont." On this attestation, Neelin states that she previously served with the 2nd Contingent from April 13, 1915 to February 2nd, 1916.
