Listed on the Nominal Roll of the 112th Battalion.
Uploader's Research notes: The battalion war diary notes that on 27 April 1917 the unit was in the trenches , but makes no note of any casualities on that day. The prevous battle that the 25th took part in was the Battle for Vimy Ridge with resulted in officer casualties of 4 killed and 7 wounded and OR casualties of 43 killed, 4 died of wounds, 105 wounded, and 90 missing. It would be reasonable to assume that Charles died of his wounds as a result of his part in the battle for Vimy Ridge.
