[Nursing Sister Army Canadian Army Medical Corps No. 1 Canadian Casualty Clearing Station
Arrived from Boulogne (with N.S. J Wilson) as reinforcement. No. 1 CCCS had received large numbers of gas causalties the previous month and were affected by aerial bombing and heavy artillery fire. About to receive very large numbers of casualties from action south of Armentieres.
8-10-1916 Proceeded to England for duty
