There are two attestations on file for this Nursing Sister. The earliest is from September 11, 1916 and is transcribed here. Her previous service on this attestation was at the 22nd General Hospital in France (Harvard Unit).

The later attestation is for April 12, 1918 with the medical exam completed in St. John, New Brunswick. Here she states that she served 15 months with the Harvard Unit (22nd General Hospital) in France, as well as 7 months at the Granville Special Hospital, Ramsgate. The war diaries for this hospital are located at the following two links: 1915-1917 and 1918-1919.

Lastly, she served 5 months, as noted on her attestation, at the "St. John Armouries, St. John, NB."
